- Certified Project Management Professional will have added advantage.
- Experience of Plant shop test and project commissioning at site is added advantage.
- Ensuring delivery of project results as per project time schedule & budget and with required quality as per Siemens Standards and customer requirements. P&L responsibility for project portfolio.
- Shall be responsible for Review of projects, identifying risks & opportunities, finalization of mitigation measures and ensuring implementation of the same.
- Coordination with SCM, other Engineering disciplines, Hardware team, Suppliers, Customer, Quality, and manufacturing teams. Monitor and ensure compliance of EHS practice at site.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key customers. Manage customer escalations. NCC monitoring and improvement measures.

- B.E. / B. Tech/ M. Tech. in I&C Engineering with around 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Conversant with Combined cycle power plant (CCPP) process.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards.
