**Job Title: Education Counselor & Inside Sales Associate**
**Location**: Swargate, Pune
**Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply)
**Salary**: 15k - 25k

**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Education Counselor & Inside Sales Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will interact with prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right educational path. You will play a key role in driving admissions and helping students make informed career choices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential students and parents
- Counsel students on educational programs and career options
- Understand individual student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through structured follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills(English)
- Persuasive and confident personality with a sales mindset
- Passion for education and career guidance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with MS Office or CRM tools
