We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and results-driven Education Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students and their families to provide personalized educational guidance. You will help students select the best courses, colleges, and academic pathways based on their aspirations, academic profiles, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic programs, admissions procedures, scholarships, and career paths.

Assessment & Guidance: Assess students' academic strengths and weaknesses to recommend suitable academic programs, courses, and institutions.

Communication: Communicate with students, parents, and educational institutions using excellent written and spoken English.

Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in educational programs, institutions, and career opportunities to offer informed advice.

Workshops & Events: Conduct group sessions, webinars, and seminars for prospective students to help them understand the admission process, scholarship opportunities, and career choices.

**Requirements**:
Fluent English Communication Skills (both written and spoken) are essential.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.

Previous experience in education counseling or a related field (preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the educational landscape, including domestic and international institutions, is a plus.

Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
