Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Educational Counselor to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers. The role involves guiding and counseling students and parents regarding educational opportunities and processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, communication skills, and confidence. Qualifications and Skills

  • Self-confidence to handle various challenges and situations independently and effectively.
  • Fluency in Marathi as a required skill to communicate with local clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive educational counseling services to students and parents regarding available courses and career options.
  • Guide and assist students with the admission processes, ensuring all necessary documents and prerequisites are fulfilled.
  • Conduct seminars and workshops to raise awareness about educational programs and opportunities available.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions and universities to facilitate admissions and partnerships.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to foster trust and collaboration.
