
Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update client databases, campaign reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, SEO, PPC, etc.) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and documentation for clients.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Provide support to HR and Accounts departments as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing terms and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or SEO platforms.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or IT environment.
