
Back Office Operations Manager

The Back Office Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, data management, and record keeping.
Key responsibilities include preparing management information reports, maintaining databases, and providing operational support to management. Additionally, the executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow, manage correspondence through emails and phone calls, and ensure timely follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration, with 1-3 years of experience in back-office administration or data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills are essential.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills are required. The ability to work independently as well as in a team is also necessary.
