**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise daily tool room activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage **new mold development** projects from concept to completion, including design review and validation.
- Plan and execute **process planning** for mold manufacturing, assembly, and trials.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Review and implement **design changes**, ensuring timely execution of **Engineering Change Notes (ECN)** and **Engineering Change Requests (ECR)**.
- Ensure all activities comply with **IATF 16949** standards and maintain proper documentation.
- Operate and oversee **VMC machining** operations and optimize CNC programming where necessary.
- Supervise **plastic injection molding** activities related to tool trials, sample production, and debugging.
- Monitor and maintain tool maintenance schedules, ensuring minimum downtime and optimal tool life.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Ensure workplace safety, quality, and productivity within the tool room.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in **mold manufacturing** and **tool room management**.
- Strong knowledge of **plastic injection molds**, **VMC machining**, and **mold assembly techniques**.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
- Familiarity with **CAD/CAM software** (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG NX, or similar).
- Experience with **IATF 16949 documentation** and **audits**.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
