**Management of Financial & Material Resources**
- Demonstrates skill in assisting in identifying and dealing with potential areas/ events/ situation, which may have an impact on the financial expenditure of the ward.
- Ensures that all staff is aware of how they can contribute to the efficient management of financial and material resources.
- Manages effectively all administrative functions of the ward with respect to equipments, consumables and other material resources.
**Management of Human Resources**
- Responsible for the efficient use of staffing resources in the unit.
- Ensures that staffing levels are safe, appropriate and with the necessary skill mix on each shift.
- Ensures all training requirements are met by the staff as per department/organizational policy.
- Ensures that all junior staff is fully aware of their responsibilities and ensures adequate supervision at all times.
- Is responsible for participating in a fair and just appraisal.
- Implementation of all organization /department policies to Human Resources Management, including the sickness and absence policy.
- Able to delegate duties and responsibilities to staff as appropriate, in the day to day operation of the unit and to aid the development of individual staff.
**ADMINISTRATIVE**:
- Nurse Assignment for 24 Hours (Assignment Register).
- Billing updation of RBS/nebulization/oxygen and bedside procedure
- To check and complete checklist of oxygen Cylinder, crash cart, defibs, refrigerator.
- Imprest Medication checked by nursing staff.
- To check different register everyday for the completeness
- To take rounds with consultants and carry out all stat order including medicine and investigation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
