**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor team to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Greet and interact with guests, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Manage table allocation, guest flow, and seating arrangements during peak hours.
- Ensure all staff follow hygiene, grooming, and service protocols as per company standards.
- Train new team members on floor operations and service etiquette.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock management when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software is an advantage.
