**About Vital Hope Foundation**:
Vital Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping critically ill patients raise funds for medical treatment. We share real stories and run impactful fundraising campaigns to connect donors with those in urgent need. We're now looking for digital-savvy individuals to support our mission using Meta ads.

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a **Digital Fundraising Intern** to help run **Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns** aimed at raising funds for genuine medical cases. Your role will directly impact lives by helping us reach compassionate donors through well-targeted digital advertising.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Run and manage fundraising ad campaigns on **Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads)**:

- Set up ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for maximum donation potential
- Monitor campaign performance (donations, reach, conversions, etc.)
- Adjust and optimize ads based on data and results
- Collaborate with our content team to build powerful, emotional ad stories
- Ensure all campaigns follow Meta ad guidelines and fundraising ethics

**Who Can Apply**:

- Students/freshers with an interest or experience in digital marketing or social media ads
- Someone passionate about social impact and helping those in medical need
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager is a **plus**, but not mandatory
- Must have a laptop and good internet connection
- Should be self-driven, ethical, and eager to learn
