Nonita Fashion is a dynamic and fast-growing online fashion brand dedicated to offering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for a talented Junior eCommerce Merchandiser to join our team and help us continue to deliver the best in online retail.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management: Upload and maintain product listings, including accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

Visual Merchandising: Organize and optimize product placement on category and home pages to drive sales and conversions.

Inventory Monitoring: Ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online, working with the inventory team to prevent overselling.

Promotions & Sales: Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are accurately represented on the website.

Site Maintenance: Monitor the website for any technical issues related to product listings, working with the development team to ensure smooth functionality.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and site traffic to inform product placement and suggest improvements.

Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and buying teams to align merchandising strategies with broader business goals.

Customer Experience: Ensure product pages are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for mobile and desktop.

SEO Optimization: Assist with optimizing product descriptions and listings for search engine visibility.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
