**Job Purpose**
- Drive Fixed Line Business performance through improvements in operational efficiency in pre-sales, sales, Commercial systems and process optimisation.
- Governance of Order to Cash processes and drive transformation agenda for fixed line business with VIBS sales segments and circles
- **Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5)**

**Strategic**
- Governance of FLX processes and provide insights to streamline the Order to Billing process
- Digital Contracts governance process management and review for timely and effective contracts renewal
- Drive Commercial process efficiency through automation and streamlining the internal commercial process

**Operational**
- Drive Operational activities for FLX Order to Billing cycle
- Handle requests / queries from sales segment and circle teams for Order management, Commissioning, Revenue and provide end to end solution /closure
- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of data for FLX KPIs in SIP commissioning
- Reconciliation & rectifications of errors in Order to Billing reports and FLX systems by coordinating with stakeholders
- Coordination with stakeholders to support change management issues for reducing bad-debts and collection of receivables
- Compilation of quarterly contract renewals and e2e co-ordination and follow up for contract renewals by the segment/cluster teams
- Identify and streamline internal process and assimilate best practices to drive faster decision making, reduce TATs and increase scalability

**Developmental**
- Develop self through continuous training and certification thereby building capabilities, with specific focus on process management and contracts management methodologies & tools
- **Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)**

**Technical / professional qualifications**:

- 8+ years experience in sales/sales systems/sales or service operations with 5+ years in the telecom/B2B sales/service industry domain
- Exposure in enterprise sales/fixed line sales/customer service/processes desired
- Thorough knowledge in Sales and CLCM systems and processes would be an added advantage

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in any stream ; Post graduation in Management preferred
