**About the Role**:
We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our **US Voice Process - Customer Care team**. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making calls to **hospitals and clinics** for follow-ups regarding **medical record requests** after the initial submission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to hospitals/clinics to follow up on medical record requests.
- Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and well-documented.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet process goals and deadlines.
- Must be a **Graduate**.
- Excellent **English communication and listening skills**.
- **Reliable, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented**.
- Comfortable working in **US Night Shifts**.
- Prior experience in a **US voice process or medical records retrieval** is a plus (not mandatory).
