**1.** **Receive Service Request**: Start by receiving service requests either from a supervisor, dispatcher, or directly from customers. These requests could involve routine maintenance, troubleshooting, or emergency repairs.

**2.** **Preparation and Planning**:

- Review the service request details and gather necessary tools, equipment, and replacement parts based on the information provided.

**3.** **Initial Inspection**:

- Conduct a thorough inspection of the entire pumpset:

- Check for leaks, damage, or signs of wear.
- Inspect the engine or motor for proper operation.
- Examine electrical connections and controls if applicable.
- Evaluate fluid levels (Water, oil, coolant) and ensure they are at appropriate levels.

**4.** **Diagnostic Testing**:

- Perform diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of any issues reported:

- Test pump performance (flow rate, pressure).
- Check engine or motor performance (power output, RPM).
- Use diagnostic tools as needed to pinpoint electrical or mechanical problems.

**5.** **Repair and Maintenance**:

- Based on your inspection and diagnostics, proceed with necessary repairs or maintenance tasks:

- Replace worn-out or faulty parts (e.g., seals, net, bearings).
- Clean or replace filters and screens.
- Adjust settings to optimize pumpset performance.
- Ensure all repairs are conducted according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

**6.** **Testing and Calibration**:

- After repairs, conduct thorough testing and calibration:

- Run the pumpset to verify proper operation under load conditions.
- Adjust settings as needed to achieve optimal performance.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
