Chennai Tamil Nadu, India Ion Techniques Full time

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair different types of pumps and blowers (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, screw, vacuum, etc.).
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and reduce downtime.
- Dismantle and assemble pumps/blowers for overhaul or repair work.
- Identify mechanical faults, perform alignment, and replace worn-out parts such as seals, bearings, and impellers.
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper functionality after repair or installation.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations during work.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance or urgent repairs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing pumps and blowers in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of pump alignment, bearing replacement, lubrication systems, and mechanical seals.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and mechanical drawings.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in industrial environments.
