As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote products or services through telephone interactions, converting leads into successful sales while cultivating lasting customer relationships. Your key duties include:
**Requirements and skills**
- Initiating outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Negotiating prices and effectively closing sales deals.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information regularly.
- Achieving set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance sales strategies.
- Staying informed about industry trends and monitoring competitor activities.

**Responsibilities**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales position, or willingness to learn for freshers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant telephone manner.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.:
