**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote general insurance products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Educate customers on product benefits, terms, and pricing.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and meet KPIs.

Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions.

Handle customer objections and queries professionally, providing accurate information.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

**Key Requirements**:
Fresher to 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably from the insurance industry.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of general insurance products is an advantage.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

**Salary
- upto 25k**
**Location - Banglore**

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
