Job Description;
1) 3 Axis VMC CAM Programming.(DELCAM POWERMILL)

2) 5 Axis VMC CAM Programming.( DELCAM POWERMILL)

3) Support WEDM EDM functioning.

4) Fixture/Jigs/Models/Tools developing and manufacturing.

5) Preparing Estimate under the guidance of sensior.

6) Controlling and Planning production under guidance of the senior.

7) Sustain product quality.Check online job working quality.

8) Support to procure necessary tools,raw material and miscontinious items under the supervision of senior,Purchase executive and accountant.

9) Reporting issues/ malfunctioning of machine to the senior & maintaion department.

10) Activity participate in the meeting As & when require.

11) Solve customer & Vendor technical queries.

12) pass on any unsolved problems to the senior.
