A bar supervisor's responsibilities include:

- **Managing staff**Overseeing bartenders, waiting staff, and other employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- **Ensuring health and safety**Following health and safety protocols and ensuring employees are following company policies
- **Managing inventory**Ordering and tracking stock, and ensuring efficient use of products
- **Providing customer service**Responding to customer queries and complaints, and ensuring a high standard of service
- **Maintaining the bar**Keeping the bar clean and tidy, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly
- **Supporting events**Helping with event management and ensuring staff are aware of promotions and events
- **Reporting**Reporting to management on issues, and attending staff and manager meetings
- **Supporting the bar manager**Supporting initiatives and working with the bar manager or assistant bar manager
- **Working shifts**Working a variety of shifts and being available to help with issues that arise

Bar supervisors may also be responsible for opening and closing the bar, taking reservations, and operating the till. Bar supervisors should have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
