**Job Type**: Full-time

Eilly Rooftop Revelry is Bareilly’s premier high-end rooftop lounge, offering a fusion of Indian, North Indian, Mughlai, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. With a vibrant ambiance, live music, and DJ nights, we deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service
- Supervise and support the waitstaff and bartenders
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols and hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth coordination
- Manage inventory and assist in stock control

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
