We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and increase market share.

2. Collaborate with the marketing manager to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

3. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.

4. Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

6. Support the organization of events, trade shows, and product launches.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and consumer behavior.

8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities and results.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.

8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
