**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment activities, including placement drives, career fairs, interviews, and group discussions.
- Liaise with companies to schedule placement sessions, ensuring that student participation is maximized.
- Maintain a detailed record of placement statistics and employer feedback.
- Assist students in understanding industry expectations and career development.
- Ensure that students meet eligibility criteria for placement.
- Help in preparing placement kits and materials such as student resumes, company brochures, and interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date placement records, including statistics, feedback, and reports.
- Collaborate with faculty members and department heads to ensure that students’ academic and professional skills align with industry requirements.
- Work closely with the administration to streamline the placement process and resolve any issues faced by students or recruiters.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the job market, emerging industries, and skill requirements.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- **Experience**: Previous experience in recruitment, career services, or HR, preferably in a higher education environment.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals and online recruitment platforms is a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
