Anamika Fashion Wears and Export is a growing name in the fashion and garment export industry, known for quality craftsmanship and trend-forward designs. Based in Topsia, Kolkata, we are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented **Production Designer** to support our design-to-production journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop garment production specifications.
- Create clear and accurate tech packs, production-ready artworks, and layout files.
- Work closely with pattern masters and sampling units to ensure correct execution of design intent.
- Coordinate with printing, embroidery, and dyeing units for surface development.
- Oversee color matching, trims, and fabric approvals for bulk production.
- Maintain production documentation and manage visual references and mood boards.
- Ensure brand aesthetics and quality are maintained throughout the production process.
- Suggest innovative techniques for enhancing product quality and reducing production costs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in garment/fashion production or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, trims, fabrics, and production processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.
