**Job Overview**

As a Fashion Production Assistant at Osaa, you will play a key role in transforming our creative visions into tangible masterpieces. This position is ideal for a meticulous professional with a strong foundation in fashion production, fabric knowledge, and garment construction, particularly in bridal couture. You’ll work closely with both the design and production teams to maintain Osaa’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you're dedicated to the intricate art of couture and passionate about heritage têxtiles, this is a unique opportunity to work with top-notch materials and a skilled team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee daily production schedules, ensuring workflow adheres to project timelines.
- Monitor each stage of the production process to guarantee that all garments meet Osaa’s exacting quality standards.
- Collaborate with the fabric and materials teams to ensure seamless sourcing, inventory, and management.
- Conduct quality checks at each production stage to ensure superior finishing and craftsmanship.
- Communicate design specifications and production guidelines to artisans, tailors, and production staff, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed production records for each collection.
- Troubleshoot production issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in the final packaging process, ensuring products reflect Osaa’s brand standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion production, ideally in bridal couture or luxury apparel.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, especially organza, tissue, mulberry, and matka silk.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and precision.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
