**Job Summary**: As a Graphic Designer at Fashen Hub, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing graphics and videos across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and design to develop engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative visual solutions.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed to meet project goals.
- Prepare and deliver final design assets in various formats, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and file types.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Experience with animation or video editing is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Graphic design: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Graphic designing certificate (required)
