**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy and Management**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality content.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to incorporate innovative approaches into social media strategies.

**Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Develop targeted ads to reach specific audiences and achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies based on analytics, and ensure efficient budget utilization.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports, providing insights into key performance indicators and recommending adjustments to improve results.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Platform Expertise**:

- Demonstrate expertise in managing campaigns on diverse social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and others.
- Stay informed about the latest features, algorithms, and best practices on each platform to maximize campaign effectiveness.

**Lead Generation and Revenue Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion through social media channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with revenue goals, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.
- Implement and optimize strategies to drive measurable revenue growth from social media activities.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of [3] years of proven experience in social media management and advertising.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Proficiency in managing ads on various platforms, including Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in setting and achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
- Knowledge of both B2B and B2C social media dynamics.
- Familiarity with industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging technologies in social media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
