We are now seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused **Bilingual Travel Consultants (Spanish & English)** to join our growing team in **Mohali**.

**Job Summary**

As a **Bilingual Travel Consultant**, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish
- and English-speaking customers, assisting with flight bookings, itinerary planning, changes, and post-booking support. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide customers with accurate information on **fares, itineraries, travel policies**, and **visa requirements**.
- Assist clients with **flight reservations**, modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refund processes.
- Use **GDS systems** (such as **Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre**) and internal booking tools to manage reservations.
- Address and resolve **customer complaints** or concerns in a **professional, timely**, and **solution-oriented** manner.
- Maintain **detailed records** of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with **airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations** to provide accurate assistance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed **performance targets**, including service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Fluency in Spanish and English** (both spoken and written) is **mandatory**.
- Prior experience in **travel sales**, **customer service**, or a **call center** environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of **GDS systems** (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is highly desirable.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Ability to **multitask**, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-first attitude with strong **problem-solving** skills.
- Flexible to work in **rotational shifts**, including weekends and holidays.
