We are now seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bilingual Travel Consultants (Spanish & English) to join our growing team in Mohali.

Job Summary

As a Bilingual Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers, assisting with flight bookings, itinerary planning, changes, and post-booking support. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails in both Spanish and English regarding flight bookings and travel inquiries.
• Provide customers with accurate information on fares, itineraries, travel policies, and visa requirements.
• Assist clients with flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and refund processes.
• Use GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and internal booking tools to manage reservations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in travel sales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
