**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Source and identify potential clients through digital marketing, outreach campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust lead database to support consistent revenue growth.
**Sales & Revenue Generation**:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹10-15 lakhs by converting 20-30 successful program enrollments.
- Present ARULA’s offerings to parents, demonstrating how the program addresses their needs effectively.
- Drive program adoption through consultative selling strategies.
**Follow-Ups & Relationship Management**:
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

**Performance Reporting**:
- Track and report sales and revenue performance against targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales processes and client engagement.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience in edutech companies (Aakash, Allen, Jamboree, UpGrad, or similar).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
**Compensation & Incentives**:
- **Salary Range**: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
- **Incentive**: 10% flat commission on revenue above ₹10 lakh per month.
- **Earning Potential**: Opportunity to earn up to ₹1,00,000 in incentives per month based on performance.
