Join us as we co-create the future of conscious technology.🔗 Read more here: LinkedIn PostWho are we looking for:A passionate learner who enjoys analyzing data and solving real-world business challenges.Someone with strong logical thinking, curiosity, and an experimental mindset.Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, data dashboards, or product analytics tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Top 3 Daily Tasks:Analyze user insights and growth data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with product, design, and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute growth ideas.Support the development of frameworks and reports that track engagement, adoption, and retention metrics.Minimum Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.Strong interest in growth strategy, analytics, and product optimization.Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of small projects.Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:Analytical Thinking & Problem SolvingData Interpretation & ReportingCuriosity and Research SkillsCollaboration & CoordinationStrategic ThinkingWhat You’ll Be Expected to Do:Support growth experiments focused on improving product reach and user engagement.Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and user needs.Build dashboards, reports, or frameworks to measure key growth metrics.Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable outcomes.Identify potential areas for operational or product improvements through data-driven insights.Bonus Points For:Prior internship or project experience in growth, analytics, or product strategy.Familiarity with wearable technology, AI-driven systems, or immersive tech.Enthusiasm for exploring how technology can shape human learning and growth.
