As we continue to expand, we seek a motivated Purchase Executive to join our team and streamline our purchasing operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Product Sourcing and Online Purchases**:

- Source products across various categories on suitable marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other competitive sites.
- Compare prices, offers, and delivery timelines to meet deadlines and company requirements.
- Purchase products online while ensuring the best value for money.

2. **Vendor Sourcing and Management**:

- Identify and source vendors for specified product categories.
- Request product lists, pricing, and terms from potential vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, and finalize vendor agreements to ensure the best deals.

3. **Refund and Claim Management**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to address issues related to damaged, undelivered, or incorrect products.
- File claims for refunds or replacements and follow up with vendors or marketplaces to resolve discrepancies.

4. **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, vendor contracts, and product data in Excel as per company processes.
- Prepare and share regular MIS reports in accordance with company policies, including data on purchases, savings, and vendor performance.

5. **Cross-team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and sourcing competitive prices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle claims and refunds efficiently.
