**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Prepare and Give presentation to prospective clients.
- Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, and other service providers as needed.
- Maintain and update the CRM system and mailing lists.
- Assist with event planning, promotional activities, webinars, and trade shows.
- Support internal communications and branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
