**Job Title: Assistant to Marketing Manager**

**Exp : 2 to 4 years**

**Shift Timing: 11 am to 8 pm (Monday
- Friday)**

**Address: 5th Floor, A-10, Pegasus Tower, Block A, Sector 68, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing tasks and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Brainstorm and propose new ideas for campaigns, marketing strategies, and content initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met for all marketing projects.
- Assist in managing ad campaigns on various platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
- Support the Marketing Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative thinking and a keen interest in exploring new marketing trends and ideas.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Tools (Words, Spreadsheet, Slides ) and familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
