We are urgently looking for **DGM - Projects **for one of the energy solutions Company at **Vadodara** location..

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Masters in electrical engineering
- Experience of EPC Substation and Distribution/Transmission Line
- Knowledge/Experience of SAP PS, MS Project, MS Office.
- Good command over oral and written communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Ensure that the project follows execution best practices.
- Effectively monitor and control project progress, project financials, overseeing project invoicing status.
- Managing risk, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractual agreement driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract.
- close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
- Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective coordination and communications.
- Ensure on-time completion of project in less than budgeted cost.
- Identify opportunities of extra claims.
- Prepare and achieve monthly targets for revenue collection, physical work progress, cash flow etc.
- Coordination with all internal departments (Procurement, Design, Finance, Tendering, Site, Management Team).
- Coordination with customers at all levels.
- Manage all contractual matters.
- Identify and finalize contractors for site execution, setting up site office and other infrastructure.
