**Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP System Management and Infrastructure**:

- Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of the ERP system tailored to the specific needs of the construction chemical industry.
- Manage server, IT environment, and architecture to ensure required preventive maintenance, upgrades, and overall health for seamless system operation and minimize downtime.
- **Mobile App Development and Management**:

- Supervise the development, testing, and deployment of mobile apps, ensuring seamless integration with the ERP system and adherence to industry best practices.
- **Power BI Reporting and Analytics**:

- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key performance metrics across different departments.
- Utilize advanced analytics capabilities in Power BI to perform data forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, driving informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- **Process Improvement and Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation leveraging the capabilities of the ERP system, mobile apps, and Power BI reporting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- **Data Management and Governance**:

- Establish and enforce data management policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of information stored in the ERP system and associated mobile apps.
- Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to address regulatory compliance requirements and mitigate data-related risks.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to end-users on the effective use of mobile apps, Power BI reports, and other ERP functionalities.
- Develop user documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of new technologies.
- **Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and service providers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of ERP initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential risks to senior management and other relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage the selection, onboarding, and performance of external vendors and service providers associated with ERP system maintenance, mobile app development, and Power BI implementations.
- Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure timely delivery of services within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance the ERP ecosystem.
- **Budgeting and Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for ERP, mobile app development, and Power BI projects, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency measures to maximize the return on investment in technology initiatives.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of ERP administrators, mobile app developers, Power BI analysts, and other IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- _**Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.**_
- _**Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ERP system management, mobile app development, and business intelligence/analytics.**_
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in implementing and customizing ERP modules.
- Extensive hands-on experience in mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Strong expertise in Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms, including data modeling, visualization, and DAX querying.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) and mobile app development (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker).
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master) would be advantageous.
