Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Exp : 2+ yrs of experience
Salary : 25k Based on experience.
Office timings : 10 AM TO 7 PM
Working days : monday to saturday
Job Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
**Note :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**JOB ROLE**:
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding our products/services.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve overall service quality.
Assist in the preparation of service reports and performance metrics for management review.
**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven work experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software.
