**About College**:
Fullinfaws College is a premier Anglo-Indian institution in Bangalore, Karnataka, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Science, Commerce, and Management. It is also affiliated with the Pre-University Board Karnataka, providing courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce.

**Location**:
Akshaya Nagar, Near DLF Newtownship, Begur Post

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make cold calls to potential students from the college's lead database
- Call and follow up with leads received from online platforms, website, and other sources
- Regularly follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins and confirmed admissions
- Maintain a courteous, persuasive, and informative tone during all calls
- Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Coordinate with the Admissions Counsellor/Team for scheduled appointments
- Must be able to speak fluently in **English and Kannada**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- A passion for education and student interaction

**Salary & Incentives**:

- **Monthly Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 based on experience
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives (details will be shared during the interview)
