Ncash is a semantic Cognitive platform to provide a seamless digital experience to our clients. In a nutshell - Ncash is a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to simplify user experiences by combining Insights, engagements, guidance, and automation capabilities in Global small businesses financial space.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Partner located in Chennai. The Customer Success Partner will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, offering customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients on a day-to-day basis.

**The Opportunity?**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Figital’s clients
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Track customer interactions and provide reports
- Assist with customer onboarding and training

**What are we looking for?**
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in Customer support, customer success
- Experience in dealing with Enterprise customers would be preferred.
- Good in MS Excel, Word and Power-point.
- Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Pleasantly Persistent
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
