We are seeking a dynamic individual who can provide exceptional counseling support to aspiring filmmakers and enthusiasts while managing telephonic interactions effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with students, understanding their goals, aspirations, and challenges.
- Provide professional guidance and counseling to students regarding our color grading training programs, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Conduct telephonic consultations, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about our courses, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records, including counseling notes and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement student outreach strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of prospective students.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events to promote our training programs.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and encouraging environment for students.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in student counseling, preferably in an educational or creative arts setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Ability to actively listen, understand, and address students' needs and concerns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with the filmmaking industry, color grading, or post-production processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling telephonic interactions, providing exceptional customer service.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
