**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Facilitate the offer process by negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- More than 3 years of experience in the IT field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience recruiting for specific IT roles (e.g., software developers, system administrators).
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and goals.
