Customer Relationship Officer-construction

Act as primary interface or Single Point of Contact (SPoC) to customers’ between the
- company & the customer w.r.t. to all post-sales functions in independent housing
- construction services.
Preparing & maintaining all customers’ & internal Documents related to construction
- of independent residential houses.
Handling all frontend & backend Customer queries related to their house
- construction.
Involve in Pre & post-sales activities like on-boarding, project kick-off, collections,
- pre-handover inspection & handover.
Reminding customers about upcoming payments and following up on timely basis to
- earn revenue
Drafting & issuing Welcome Letters, Demand Letters, issuing payment receipts etc.
- Maintain MIS on daily basis
- Co-ordinating in the submission, approval & disbursement of loans availed by
- customers for the house construction.
Multi-functional co-ordination
- Perform customer engagement activities to improve brand connectivity with the
- customer like seasonal wishing, gifting, celebrating occasions & festivals etc.

**Pre-requisites**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling post-sales customer lifecycle functions in real
- estate industry.
- Experience in independent housing segment will be an added advantage.
Graduation / MBA degree
- Ability to understand requirements of the customers & provide right solutions.
- High levels of passion and ownership.
- Willingness to travel locally wherever required.
**KRAs**:
- Handle at least 50 customer accounts per anum.
100% compliance w.r.t. laid down Marketing, Sales & CRM policies & procedures.
- Min. 95% customer satisfaction indexing conducted at different phases of post-sales
- customer lifecycle.
Less than 5% customer complaints per anum.
