Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain documentation of quality control processes and outcomes.
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Analyze data to assess trends and identify root causes of quality issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and train teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
