**Job Title**: Quality Checker - Western Wear Garments

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Check for defects such as stitching issues, fabric flaws, incorrect sizing, and finishing irregularities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct measurements and fit checks to maintain size accuracy.
- Identify and report any quality issues to the production team.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **garment quality control** (Western wear preferred).
- Strong understanding of **fabric types, stitching techniques, and finishing details**.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
