Must have Knowledge in Making furniture, Modular furniture
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Prepare and implement Daily Work Report, MIS Reports Work Flow Chart, Task Sheets etc
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Manage the Production, Operations and Store department in all aspects and

Site management:

- To make sure the Site are running smooth
- Co ordinate with Production, Operations and Store department in all aspects
- Employee travel and on time material dispatch
- Ensure labor and materials are all ready for upcoming day schedule

Factory Manager Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, industrial management, logistics, or related field with minimum 15yrs of Experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,894.64 - ₹35,894.42 per month
