Looking for experienced chemical engineers with experience in petrochemical/thermoplastic plant operations and safety. Someone who is self-motivated, energetic and has the can do attitude to shoulder responsibilities outside his/her comfort zone in a start-up environment. The site is in Wada, Palghar.

Job role: Shift Engineer

1. Identify opportunities in improving process to enhance productivity, safety, quality and lower cost

2. Supervise and train operating personnel on plant operations and safety

3. Plan daily production schedule and shift schedule

4. Upgrade SOPs and training documents to streamline plant operation

5. Supervise inventory management

6. Identify bottlenecks in plant operations and help in troubleshooting

7. Organize and manage start-up and shutdown activities

8. Conduct HAZOP and FMEA studies

Skillsets:
1. 4-8 years of experience in process engineering and plant operations

2. Plant and equipment commissioning

3. Start-up and shutdown experience

4. Aptitude for troubleshooting large-scale equipment

5. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

6. Patience and effective communication skills for coaching and training operators

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
