Through these programs, Valeur Fabtex provides essential skill development, financial literacy, market linkages, and micro-finance assistance.

**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Preparation**: Research and identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs in the skill development, training, and livelihood sectors.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including technical and financial proposals, as per tender requirements.
- **Bid Submission**: Ensure timely submission of tender documents through online or offline portals, adhering to deadlines.
- **Compliance Check**: Review tender requirements, ensuring compliance with company capabilities, legal obligations, and financial constraints.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with the finance, legal, and operations teams to gather accurate data for tenders.
- **Market Research**: Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for new tenders in relevant sectors.
- **Follow-up**: Track the status of submitted bids and follow up with clients regarding tender outcomes.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update records of all tenders, proposals, and submissions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in handling tenders, bids, or procurement processes.
- **Skills**:
○ Strong written and verbal communication.

○ Attention to detail and organizational skills.

○ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

○ Knowledge of tender portals and e-procurement systems.

○ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- **Desirable**: Experience in the skill development or livelihood sector would be an advantage.

**Compensation: As per industry standards and experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,211.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
