**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales development responsibilities.
- Lead generation & prospecting.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities. Leverage CRM systems, LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking channels to build a targeted list of prospects.
- Conduct cold outreach, qualify leads, and schedule prospect meetings.
- Manage sales funnel, track interactions, and nurture relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing lead-generating marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on content creation to support sales and marketing goals.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows for lead generation.
- Manage social media presence and track performance analytics.
- Align sales and marketing efforts and act as a brand ambassador.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales development, marketing coordination, or hybrid role, preferably within the IT or digital solutions industry.
- Familiarity with the sales funnel and lead qualification methodologies like BANT or MEDDIC.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to craft marketing content and oversee social media management to drive engagement.
- Strong experience in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activity, and generate reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- You should be able to tailor messaging for cold outreach, marketing content, and internal collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to increase engagement through marketing and sales efforts.
- A strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly between sales and marketing, to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in organizing and executing marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows, is a plus.
- A keen interest in IT products, digital transformation services, and a thorough understanding of industry trends.
