Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential customers and market segments within the paint and coating industry.

Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer needs, offer solutions, and provide excellent customer service.

Product Knowledge:
Be a resource for customers, offering technical information and guidance.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our powder coating solutions.

Address customer questions and concerns effectively.

Quoting and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for potential clients.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure competitive pricing and attractive offers.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales within the powder coating industry or a related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
