**Responsibilities**
- Design and development of our new modules from scratch
- Hands on implementation of integrations with our financial institutional partners
- Design and integration of new/existing databases
- Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
- Design and construction of our platform with the best possible encryption and security mechanisms
- Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Take Technology based design decisions
- Own non-functional requirements such as security, availability, scalability etc and governance of the same [ensuring non-functional requirements are met]
- Governance of design and design decisions
- Deploy scalable backend API endpoints
- Measure and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Build tools, processes, and documentation to improve code quality
- Document technical design

**Expected Qualifications and Key Skills**
- Total of 6+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience in writing Python / Node JS. Being up to date on latest practices & versions.
- 3+ years of experience with payment platforms and processors
- 3+ years of database design and management
- Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework of server-side technologies including NoSQL
- Thorough understanding of user experience and product strategy
- Experience implementing code level unit tests
- Proficiency with Git / Version control
- Appreciation for clean and well documented code
- Experience building and maintaining a product at scale
- Demonstrated proficiency with server-side development experience utilizing Java and Spring Boot /Python and related libraries
- Good knowledge of design and architectural patterns and development best practices
- Previous experience building scalable microservices is required
- Strong RDBMS experience is required
- Strong messaging experience with technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar
- Strong experience on implementing DevOps processes & tools, including CD/DI, performance monitoring, logging, etc
- Experience deploying to containerized environments such a Docker and Kubernetes is also a strong plus

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
