As a Backend Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement backend features for a virtual care and remote patient monitoring application. You will be responsible for implementing backend logic, integrating APIs, and ensuring that applications are secure, scalable, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend services, APIs, and business logic.
  • Integrate external APIs and data sources with the application.
  • Ensure application security (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) and compliance.
  • Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to uptime, performance, and security.
  • Work in an Agile development environment using Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with frontend, UX, and product teams across geographies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Programming Languages:
    Proficiency in
    Java, JavaScript, or Python

  • Frameworks & Tools:
    Strong hands-on experience with
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Cloud & Containerization:
    Experience with
    Azure
    ,
    Docker

    Kubernetes
    .
  • Security:
    Knowledge of
    OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS
    .
  • Agile & DevOps:
    Experience working in Agile teams with
    Jira, Git, CI/CD
    .
  • Experience Level:
    5–15+ years
    (senior engineers preferred).

Work Location:
Hybrid – Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai (collaboration with USA teams, East Coast time zone).

Employment Type:
Full-time.
